Representative Kubina moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
reconsideration of CSHB 153(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                  
                                                                               
Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
CSHB 153(FIN) was again before the House in third reading.
